Senior Financial Analyst EAME

The Financial reporting, planning and analysis (FPA) function in the EAME environment oversees and is accountable for the timely reporting and forecasting of financial and operational accounting information after a thorough analysis has been performed to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data. The FPA function provides analytical support and information to the operations and finance leaders including the EAME President, integrated supply chain and logistics, sales and marketing, finance management human resources and line of business leaders.

- The role of analyst's scope is WPS EAME aggregating and analysing all WPS divisions (regions) results in a timely accurate and complete manner.
- Accumulate month end reporting results from Affiliates and SBU Business analysts, ensure completeness and accuracy of information
- Reporting and analysis of variances in the Affiliates and SBU prior and after closing. Aggregate walks of actual results from Affiliates on a YTD, QTD and MTD basis versus the annual budget and prior year actuals to provide EAME Analysis
- Provide support in aggregating data and reporting of budgets and forecasts periodically and follow-up to understand and help management resolve variances.
- Guarantee delivery of the monthly management book, on time, complete and accurate and provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as required incl EBITDA and Cash Flow statement.
- Proactively identify and communicate to Management important events and trends effecting the on-going business
- Compile monthly results versus planned indirect and other "Get Fit" spend reduction goals, and tract increases in costs that offset spend reductions.
- Work with Business Partner Affiliates in order to define reporting needs and requirements to foster looking forward views and accurate monthly forecasts
- Seek for business intelligence from Affiliates and SBU business analysts when required
- Work with other regional finance staff (supply chain, SBU Business analysts, service analysts) to ensure full compliance with Corporate timetable and reporting requirements

The minimum qualifications the candidate will have include:

- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Active learner
- Effective communicator, interpersonal skills and well organized
- Ability to interact with manager remotely, all areas and level or organisation
- Sense of initiatives and willingness to adapt, adjust and propose changes
- 3-5 years’ experience in Financial, management accounting or business marketing
- Can-do attitude
- Strive for excellence
