Transactional Services Team Member
German Team
The Transactional Services Team is responsible for processing vendor invoices in order to make on-time payment, and also keeping contact with the suppliers on a daily basis.
Tasks:
- Validation and checking of inbound invoices
- Participating in month-end-close activity
- Preparing the payment of incoming invoices
- Work on process improvement with other co-workers and administrators
- Keeping contact with suppliers
Requirements:
- Fluent knowledge of English and German
- College or university degree in economics
- Accounting/book-keeping knowledge is a must
- Any experience in accounting is a plus
- MS Excel, internet knowledge at user level
- Knowledge SAP or other integrated accounting system is a plus
- Freshgraduates are welcome!
